The Tri-County Workforce Development Board of Butler, Armstrong and Indiana Counties, on behalf of the Boards of County Commissioners, intends to file a PY 2016 Transitional Local Plan for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in accordance with the Commonwealth’s guidance for plans under WIOA. The Local Plan has been developed through consultation with the Boards of County Commissioners of Butler, Armstrong and Indiana and is approved by the Local Workforce Development Board.
