The Tri-County Workforce Investment Board (TCWIB) of Butler, Armstrong and Indiana Counties, on behalf of the Boards of County Commissioners, intends to file a Local Plan for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) in accordance with the Commonwealth’s guidance for plans under the Workforce Investment Act of 1998. The Local Plan has been developed through consultation with the Boards of County Commissioners of Butler, Armstrong and Indiana and is approved by the Local Workforce Investment Board.
